Hope is light at the end of the tunnel...
Hope is what drives you to do the things that you wouldn't normally do...
Hope is what makes you hold on to what is dearest to you...
Hope is what makes you fight against the odds...
Hope is what makes you strong..
In the darkest hour of despair, hope shall shine its light over you...

Yet if you keep your hopes up... you will be sorely disappointed...
And today... Disappointed I am...
Should never have had my hopes up...
